No problem whatsoever to access their site from Germany.

Try first to clean your browser cache. In case it won't work raise a ticket with your ISP.

Anyway they state to prefer e-mal support, so here you go:

The browser cache is clean! Firefox does it automatically after every closing and

once per day I use the CCleaner! And sending a support mail was my very first

thought! As you can read in my firs post here:

airport but no luck,I only received a message "Could not send message"

Then my friend you should first fix your local IT issue. As stated there is neither a problem accessing their website nor sending them an e-mail out of Germany.

You should be able to use ADE to open the addon airport and extract what you need.  Hopefully, they have included terminal waypoints and approaches, that should get you pretty close except for SID/STAR.  If there is ILS but no approach in the addon you could create a "canned" ILS approach and get the data for that into your PMDG.

Believe it or not! I've truly found another chinese website with airport charts and

it includes ZHNY! It's not complete, only 7 charts, and very old (2002) but better

than nothing! Here you go:

UPDATE: The website of Celestialteam.com is now available and works very well!

So they fixed the problem and nothing is wrong with my computer!

A new problem :( With charts of ZHNY I've build a ZHNY.txt for SID/STAR and approaches

for the airport but if I type in my FMC the ICAO code for this airport, I get the error message:

"ZHNY ERR: 403 FIX N/A"

 

The funny thing at this point is, I did the same with ZSSH before, also a missing airport in PMDG data base, but ALL is working fine!

 

Do You have any suggestions?

Have same problems with no charts for ZHNY as you, but could not crack the nut on how to print from the link you supplied. Any ideas is much appreciated :rolleyes:

Hallo JP,

 

the "Print" option in your browser don't work? I don't have a printer but I used a trick.

Open the chart and go into fullscreen mode by clicking the screen symbol above the

chart, take a screenshot and open it with a paint program of your choice, cut it out

and you have the chart for saving as a file or you can print it out  now.
