I think there was the need for tweeking if I remember well on the 170. It was way to overpowered. Some simple config changes did the trick. As for the PA 32x, there are thousends of variants with VC in the different libraries. Some withe the default 321 cockpit others with some mods to make it more real. So I really do not see the point here. I' ve got dozens of PA 318, 319 ,320 and 321 which of course do all have VC' s.

Oh you are right, Poznan rocks. I also like Wroclaw but my favorite spot for Fsx in Poland is Krakow. All of them are done very well. Just to mention a few and probably less known holiday destinations I can suggest Bari and Olbia. Staying with Italy Aerosoft just released Bergamo which is amazing as well and offers fantastic approaches when arriving from north.Basically the Alps end next to the runway..... Not to forget Barcelona and Nizza with spectacular approaches for each. If you are into one hour hops I suggest the German Airports , especially the smaller ones are great in my opinion.

Since Ftx lights are fare better and framerate friendly just turn off UTX Night Lights in the UTX configuration tool.

Have you tried the Project Airbus 32X series yet? Their are all freeware and ideal for a starter. Look in the different libraries since you can find them in different variants. Actual V3 features better systems and FMC. Summarizing pretty good freeware. Once you are familiar und would like to get more go directly with the Aerosoft busses.

I just installed a new texture set on a PA 319 . All seems fine but the panel in the VC is black. Gauges are working. Strange thing is that all other liveries which were already present are just working fine. The file is from the library including the model but since that one is without VC my thought was only to take the textures. External model is perfect. Not sute what I did wrong. Any suggestions. This is the file name where I took the textures from: a319_dynamo.zip (AVSIM library)

Very interesting topic, one question tough, can somebody please elaborate on LOD slider. I thought LOD_radius was changed by editing the fsx.cfg only.

At least in the default wheather I can clear all visibility layers. So the problem does not occur at all if not desired or set by myself....

Love the A 300 and his A 330.In terms of features, it is still freeware so do not except a deep system model. Anyway his planes are for sure between the best freeware a/c.

EDDP doesn't have RW 28/10 . It has 26 L/R and 8 L/R

Have you checked the aircraft.cfg as mentioned in the manual? "Wings not showing up Due to the increase in file stealing, TDS has implemented new security to ensure that anyone who uses our aircraft know who the original author is and also showing that it is freeware. If your wings are not visible, then someone has removed certain lines from the aircraft.cfg. In the aircraft.cfg file, there is a line that says “title=” This line MUST include the following entry: FREEWARE_COPYRIGHT_TenkuuDevelopersStudio_01JUN2013"

I don't think this will be working. FTXG is texture replacement as GEX is . So by installing FTXG all GEX textures are simply overwritten.

Highmemfix is applied?

I notice such a drop every time over downtown Marseille (France) . My frames drop from 25-30 to 1.xx causing a freeze or stutter of a couple of seconds. Strange thing is this is independent from the aircraft , AI settings or Autogen. Even with all set to 0 same behavior. Another strange thing : Effect did not change at all when switching from Gex/UTX to FTXG and UTX. There is no other add on scenery in place . As soon as I leave that specific area everithing is back to normal. Very strange.
