  1. Even more quick and dirty update to the original file, just to make it compatible with the latest v2.1 for P3Dv4. Download Known issues: - Bezel buttons aren't clickable anymore (probably because the gauge is using outdated pre-2.5.0 RXP variables) - Top row of GTN buttons (active COM/NAV frequencies, Audio Panel, MIC, XPDR) are covered by the original G1000 MFD's clickspot, and therefore not clickable in VC (I'll try to fix this later)
  2. Edit: Ah, sorry, misread Scott's reply :-)
  3. Did anyone managed to install RXP GTN 750 into Carenado Grand Caravan C208B (with regular cockpit, not "EX" model)? Giving that this bird is heavily discounted now (simmarket, justflight), I would like to buy it, but it will be pretty much useless without GTN.
  4. Hi! I made a quick and dirty integration of RXP GTN 750 into Carenado C208B Grand Caravan EX (glass cockpit). This fix is based on another fix for F1 GTN by Jeff Smith (but does not require it). What is working: - almost everything (most knobs, DTO button, autopilot integration, transponder, etc) (note for FSX users: if touch screen isn't working, disable "Instrument reflections" from the aircraft menu SHIFT+3) What is NOT working: - "Menu" button. I don't know which code Carenado using for this event. Someone more tech-savvy, like Ryan, might be able to fix this in a minute. Original Carenado GNS is still accessible by clicking on "Garmin" title on the bezel. How to install: extract archive and copy RealityXP.GTN.ini and "panel" folder into "\SimObjects\Airplanes\Carenado C208B_Grand_Caravan_EX" Download
  5. Ryan, thank you very much! However, I must click on a button multiple times for it to work (double-clicking works best). A2A Cherokee, RXP GTN 750.
  6. Yeah, I have thought about this, but: ...this is the problem.
  7. Well, I can perfectly position RXP gauge with bezel underneath a default VC gauge (for A2A C182 it will be gauge00=rxpGTN!GTN_750_1,-110,-32,928,880), but default VC bezel overlaps RXP bezel and makes it unclickable. If only we could find a way to click through the default VC bezel...
  8. I partially solved this problem by assigning "home" and "direct-to" to hotkeys, but still would like to know if it's possible to have a clickable bezel buttons in VC.
  9. Is there a way to have a working buttons and knobs on a VC bezel (I'm trying to replace F1 750 in my A2A C182 and A2A Cherokee with "nobezel" RXP 750)?
  10. Thanks, just bought it, so far it working awesome!
  11. Hi. I'm thinking about purchasing GTN 750 for P3Dv3.4 and P3Dv4.1, but have three questions first: 1. Can anyone please confirm that it is fully compatible with A2A Cherokee 180 (I mean, fully clickable in virtual cockpit, not just 2D panel, and can also control Cherokee's autopilot)? 2. I've heard that F1 GTN 750 have some issues with clicks not being registered (e.g. sometimes you need to press buttons twice). Does RXP GTN have this issue? 3. Can I install RXP GTN 750 into both P3Dv3 and v4 at the same time on a single PC with a single purchase?
  12. Thanks for NOT fixing dynamic lights, LM. Really appreciate that /s
  13. KNOSSOS, it worked like a charm, thank you! Airports and their shadowing are now looks terrific. Just wow. Now, after you explained this, it's kinda obvious that object lightning should be the same as terrain lightning to avoid mismatching. But maybe it is worth to mention this somewhere in PTA?
  14. leghorn, problem solved! :-) http://www.avsim.com/topic/489018-prepar3d-tweak-assistant-pta/?p=3540160
