  1. Hi, on the topic on amazon AWS Polly, do you think this is possible with Microsoft azure neural speech service? the topic: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/605552-amazon-polly-voices-with-p2a-issues/ reading part of the documentation, I understand that the equivalent of the polly plugin for windows is missing. the doc: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/Speech-Service/ But it seems possible but requires knowledge that I do not have at all.... if a member of the community has some resource, it might work better, especially since azure is also able to transcribe voice to text and also to make real time translations... enough to push P2A in the future....
  2. Hello, a small suggestion for the future. The possibility to ask for a change of course to avoid a dangerous weather zone and then a new course. thx.
  3. use aws-cli 2.7.9 ans P2A 2.6.3.2 Beta3 only with no neural voice, only standard, conversational and newscaster. It's start-up correctly 90% off time, is better.
  4. I understand, it's just a pity because the implementation of fuel calculation based on live data of each aircraft is just a small technical feat! Unique it seems to me in planning software. In the distant future maybe. Anyway every new addition to your software will always be welcomed with joy!
  5. Hello, first of all, thank you for this software that has become indispensable for many years. I'm using version 2.6.4 beta on MSFS. When I create a flight plan with an alternate airport for the arrival, the software creates a direct leg between the arrival airport and the alternate. As a consequence, the fuel report calculation is wrong, because it does not take into account the route from the destination to the alternate airport! it takes into account a direct route. I would like to be able to enter a flight plan this way for example: EBLG LNO7S LNO LNO4A EBBR / EBBR CIV4C CIV Y50 MATIX MATIX9J LFPG departure: EBLG departure SID: LNO7S destination STAR: LNO4A destination: EBBR alternate: LFPG route to alternate with SID and STAR: CIV4C CIV Y50 MATIX MATIX9J Except that it is not possible, the only possible writing in LNM is: EBLG LNO7S LNO EBBR CIV Y50 MATIX MATIX9J LFPG Except that then LFPG is considered as a destination and not as an alternative... But the fuel calculation is then more accurate, it just lacks the star and the approach of EBBR but impossible to include it since LNM considers that EBBR is only a crossing point. In short I would like that when we declare an airport as alternate, we can include the whole route including the arrival procedures. -fuel calculation would then be complete. -the use of the alternative route in case of need would be simpler. Thank you.
  6. I don't understand, MS announces the dates for alpha 2 while rumors say that alpha 1 has not yet had access... Reading between the lines of this last message (Expect final dates for release in our next update (11.07) and the fact that they remind me that the alpha 1s are directly registered in the alpha 2) makes me think of a small delay on their alpha release... Nothing unusual, I always found that they were very optimistic about their alpha dates, like getting out of releases stable enough to be subject to public opinion over such short periods of time..... In short, I would have liked even more transparency with a text like "we are late, we are postponing the alpha 1 release by X days/weeks".
  7. -SDK: this is the main point for me, with excellent open and quality tools, the community and third parties will produce tiptop tools for us
