For those who will miss the FSLTL injector....
Like several of you I've decided to try MSFS live traffic since FSLT isn't working for injection anymore. I use FSLT for parked traffic and AIG for the models. I find it convincing enough given the state of AI traffic in MSFS but I can't get any default traffic to push back. They will take off and land but they will only spawn on taxi ways. Some will spawn on gates but then disappear. Any of you guys using live traffic get push back traffic from gates? Just curious to see if it's a problem from my end.

Introducing Pilot's Deck, a StreamDeck Plugin (for MSFS)
Hey Fragtality, I tried to download you Fenix integration today but when I went to install your XL profile it was blank. No buttons populated. I tried your FBW and that worked fine. Is it a problem on my end? Thanks

Problem with resizing images from FSLTL for FPS saving
This is great @MammyJammy thanks for sharing. Forgive my ignorance but why is that when I converted the textures (2K) using Xnview and then mip mapped them, the resulting installation size is 6.97GB. Yours is 13.8 GB. Where does this discrepancy come from?

You're welcome Vel I'm glad it all worked out.

Problem with resizing images from FSLTL for FPS saving
Before I posted my solution here I tried every other program I could think of (texconv, pain.net,gimp) I was only able to successfully covert it using Xnview.

Problem with resizing images from FSLTL for FPS saving
Yes I did. I Used the final converted and mip mapped texture file. Also I verified that it worked in MSFS.

No. Mine display normal. Without transparency but the normal looking template. Not black

Problem with resizing images from FSLTL for FPS saving
I randomly chose 15 of the above files and checked. They all appeared to have converted fine when checked in Xnview.

Problem with resizing images from FSLTL for FPS saving
Perhaps one easy thing to check for those that are having issues. Open the original livery texture ( the one you want to convert the 4k) in Xnview and see if it isn't already corrupted ( perhaps from previous attempt). I t should have a transparent BG not black. Worth a shot.

As far as I understand it the reduce only option is good to have in case a texture file that shouldn't be reduced is in included. Just as a safety. The other important setting is the "same as original" option. It's worth noting that the resample type should be set to the default Lanzcos as different interpolations can yield different results. As a test you can only convert the Swiss a 320 or Easy a320 and then check the converted file in Xnview. If you see an image with a transparent alpha as a opposed to a black BG then it should have worked.

Yes it should.

Problem with resizing images from FSLTL for FPS saving
Ordenador is only used to add mip maps after the down scaling. Uncheckall setting except the mip maps option. There is no need to convert twice. The resizing and compression conversation is done using Xnview. Mp.

Somewhere around 10% for me. I too have converted both AIG and FSLTS.

Problem with resizing images from FSLTL for FPS saving
Are you sure it compressed all the files? When I tried to used it only did about half and the rest were still 4k because of an unknown file format (BC7). That's why I revised a previous post that made. I thought it had worked. After hours of dealing with black textures and different programs I decided to try Xnview despite the issues of the OP. To my surprise it seems to have worked. Swiss ok, Easy Jet ok and Iberia ok. The resulting installation was about 4.5 gig (2k). I then used Ordenador to generate mip - maps and the installation increase to 5.5 gigs. I will keep checking but so far I can't find any abnormal liveries. The only think I can suggest is make sure you try the latest Xnview and "same as original" in the batch conversion settings.

Disregard my previous post. Upon further testing the black textures still show up.

Introducing Pilot's Deck, a StreamDeck Plugin
@Fragtality is it possible to map a range of values to text in the display button? ie: values 1-99= opening. I'm trying to map the door which has a value of 0 and 100 (open, close) and all values in between = opening.

Introducing Pilot's Deck, a StreamDeck Plugin
Hey Fragtality, I've been testing out your latest Dev Build. I don't have the Fenix yet but all else seems to working great. I'm currently working on a PMDG 737-700 profile and so far no issues. I'll let you know if something comes up. Again, thanks for this awesome tool.

Introducing Pilot's Deck, a StreamDeck Plugin
Hey Fragility, I just wanted to thank you for your program. Although it took about a full week to set everything up ( even taught myself some basic lua), it has made flying in P3d more enjoyable. So thanks again.
