  1. You're welcome. I only made the decision to uninstall OpenXR as it's no longer being developed or supported anyway. I'm happy to report that MSFS appears to be running just fine without it. 😎
  2. If you read my posts above yours, you'll see what I did to get it working. It may not be of benefit to you. But if you are a VR/Oculus user, I would recommend disabling or uninstalling the OpenXR Toolkit. Then try again.
  3. I've just uninstalled the OpenXR toolkit, and the game now launches fine. Not sure what that means for VR use yet though. I'm gonna try it out shortly.
  4. Didn't solve it for me. Most recent update is showing as yesterday. Manual check for updates didn't change anything for Gaming Services.
  5. I love the BBD version of Farnborough, but I've never been able to use it without huge performance issues.
  6. Only speaking for myself here, but I feel that VR Flight Sim Guy simply discredits himself with the number of "how to get the best VR settings/experience/performance in Flight Simulator" videos he's published. It's like he makes a new video each time he fiddles with a different setting.
  7. Depends on your location. Still not working for me.
  8. TheRealJBM changed their profile photo
  9. Yep. For me, it starts with the "checking for updates" screen, changes to the regular loading screen, then crashes before the loading bar reaches the end.
  10. Launching MSFS seems to be a bit of a lottery. You hit that button and hope it will let you play. It's rapidly becoming Network Issue Simulator.
