Hello everyone - The outage last night was due to an glitch in validation. We were able to resolve the issue this morning. The sporadic outages alert for this week was due to updates to our core API's for the soon to be release Atmos Core. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.

First let me address the status of Atmos for 2020. We are about to release Atmos - Technical Update 1.0.PB01 as a "public beta". Our target for release is tomorrow. We will include a fix list when we release it. It is only recommended for those that want to try a public beta. In addition, we are also working on Atmos - Feature Update 1.0 for 2020. This includes several of the most popular requests we received after the initial release. About Atmos for 2024, as you know many of 3rd party developers did not receive the "Alpha" until about mid-October. At that point we noticed there were several big changes to things. We have finalized and packaged those changes and are in the beginning stages of implementing them into our main interfaces. There are new features coming that are NOT in 2020. I expect that this will not be released until Feature Update 1.0 is released for Atmos 2020. This being that we want to include those changes in Atmos for 2024. I spoke to one of my testers and they recommended that you increase your Page Files in Windows. This helped him with CTD's long before Atmos was released. Otherwise again I will state this one more time. If you need help please contact us at: https://rexaxis.com.

No one is saying you are not experiencing an issue. I think the point is to determine why. Atmos alone should not cause an issue like this. Are you making major adjustments in Atmos during your flight? What are your system specs? What add-ons are you using in addition to Atmos? Also, have you reached out to our support team https://rexaxis.com for help? If so what is your ticket number?

As stated before, if you are having an CTD issue (though many using Atmos with MSFS2020 are not), please reach out to our support team at: https://rexaxis.com. That is the best place for use to assist in fixing a customer's issue.

We have been doing some optimization of the server today. So you might experience some outages.

This product is not meant for a set and forget. It is a tool to tweak the sim to your liking. However, you use some created presets by other users.

Also, one of the biggest requests we have received since the release of 2020, was the unrealistic clouds. Though this program does way more than just improve the clouds, it allows the user to improve the immersion of the clouds sky and terrain. Similar to what we used to do with textures but without textures now.

This program does not utilize an SDK, and we do not need to wait for a SDK for 2024 to implement functions.
