  1. Hi all,' So I reached out to Contrail's support team. They did some testing on their end and confirmed the pink texture issue. They reached out to the developer (Dreamflight) and apparently, there's a conflict with the new KTEB v2 scenery (which I have installed as well). They will update the KTEB scenery, and the issue should be resolved. Jermaine
  2. Hello, Yes, I uninstalled and re-installed a few times via the contrail app. I have a few of their sceneries (including the updated KTEB scenery) and no issues previously. That is why it's puzzling. Hopefully the developer will provide feedback to the email I sent. Jermaine
  3. Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback. I wish all developers included an option to remove the static aircraft. In a lot of instances, the amount of static aircraft is overkill. I will try your suggestion and see how it pans out. Still waiting on a reply from the developer. Jermaine
  4. Hello, I installed the KJAC scenery (via the contrail app) for msfs 2020. However, one of the bizjets (at the FBO) has a pink texture. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, and can't solve this issue. Sent an email to the developer, but no response as yet. Any suggestions for a fix? It's just one of the static bizjets, eveything else in the scenery is fine (colorwise). Many thanks. Jermaine
  5. Hello, I stumbled upon the issue by pure coincidence. It seems to be related to two sceneries installed in the region (by developer V pilot designs). MPTO (Panama) and MROC (Costa Rica). I purchased and installed both from Marketplace. I recently purchased and installed their KHPN scenery (also from Marketplace) and began experiencing the same issue (CTDs) when approaching the New York City area. I uninstalled that scenery and the issue was resolved (never had such issues in the NYC area). Subsequently, uninstalled both of the Central American sceneries (MPTO and MROC) and the CTD issues disappeared as well. I had reached out to the developer previously regarding the faulty afcad for MPTO, never got a reply. So it's probably a waste of time reaching out to them again to resolve the CTD issues. Perhaps the sceneries in their present form are incompatible with the SU16 update for MSFS 2020. Jermaine
  6. Hello all, Just curious, does anyone else experience random CTDs when flying over the Caribbean Sea east of Central America? For me, it happens when flying between Jamaica and Panama. This happens in MSFS 2020 btw. This is subsequent to the SU16 update (all worked well previously). Jermaine
  7. Hello all, Does anyone by chance have improved afcad files that allow the AI traffic (with beyondatc traffic injection) to work properly for the above? Both are for MSFS 2020. Many thanks in advance. Jermaine
  8. Hello, Does anyone have an afcad for this scenery that works with beyondatc traffic injection? The AI traffic doesn't work properly with the afcad supplied (I've reached out to the developer to enquire about a possible update with a fix for this issue, but received no response). Kinda sucks, because there are tons of commercial AI that typically spawn at the gates (when using beyondatc) but after receiving their clearance, nothing else happens. Landing ai traffic also disappear during the landing rollout. Any assistance would be appreciated, many thanks. Jermaine
  9. Ok, many thanks for your detailed reply. I will probably test it for a month and see how it compares to beyondatc. I'm a real world pilot as well, so I guess my bar is set pretty high in terms of what's expected (realism pertaining to certain operations). Jermaine
  10. Hi, Have you used SayIntentions? Are they at least better with correct TRACON information at most airports? (especially a major airport such as KJFK)? Jermaine
  11. Hello, I presently own beyondatc for ATC and traffic injection. While overall a great improvement over the default atc, there are shortcomings. One of my pet peeves is that the program doesn't always recognize the proper TRACON for certain airports. For example, KJFK is served by New York approach control, but beyondatc refers to it as Kennedy Approach. I've mentioned this on their discord site, but there doesn't seem to be any appetite on their part to provide any real improvement for such issues. Their are numerous other cases where the TRACON is either incorrectly identified, or in some cases, CENTER acts as the TRACON (e.g. KPIE, which is served by Tampa Approach, but Miami Center handles TRACON services). Additionally, if the AFCAD provided by the scenery developer is lacking, the AI traffic injection won't work properly, or in the worst case, you won't be able to utilize beyondatc when planning a flight to a particular airport (KTEB, KBCT to name a few). For those with SayIntentions, are these non issues with that program or are there similar issues? I'm thinking of making the switch but don't want to exchange one headache for another. Many thanks for your inputs in advance. Jermaine
  12. Hello, Ever since the most recent SU16 update, I am experiencing random CTD's when flying in certain regions. For example, I can fly all along the eastern and central US and Caribbean with no CTD issues. However, when flying in some parts of the western US, especially in mountainous areas, there are random CTD issues. Sometimes I can do a similar flight in the same area, and the sim is fine; other times, random CTD with no rhyme or reason. Also experiencing random CTDs when flying in the vicinity of the northern part of South America. For example, I was doing a flight earlier between MKJS (Sangster airport, Jamaica) and TNCA (Aruba), and about 90nm out of Aruba, CTD. I've done the same flight, with no issues, so it seems it's just an unexplained random CTD event. The most common faulting module (per the event viewer) is the CoherentGTCore.dll for all the recent CTD events (post SU16 update). I've read that others are also experiencing CTD issues (post SU16 update). Does anyone know if Asobo is planning on releasing a patch at some point to potentially mitigate these CTD events? Or is there some other workaround that I can possibly try in the meantime? Any input will be appreciated. Jermaine
