Dear All, I've spent weeks in these forums following virtually every solution listed, to no avail. Situation: PMDG 777 long-haul flights - some (most) of them crash after between 3-8 hours. Event Viewer shows three errors, always in the same order: .NET Runtime Application: Prepar3D.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: exception code c0020001, exception address 7463DAE8 Stack: Followed immediately by Application Error Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 3.3.5.17625, time stamp: 0x5758bb31 Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.10586.494, time stamp: 0x5775e78b Exception code: 0xc0020001 Fault offset: 0x000bdae8 Faulting process id: 0x1014 Faulting application start time: 0x01d1fd487c2b6a77 Faulting application path: E:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\KERNELBASE.dll Report Id: f70af4f9-d61f-44c7-b9bf-f1cf09495c0c Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: Then an "Information" entry (vs. Error) Windows Error Reporting Fault bucket 108280116250, type 1 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: Prepar3D.exe P2: 3.3.5.17625 P3: 5758bb31 P4: KERNELBASE.dll P5: 10.0.10586.494 P6: 5775e78b P7: c0020001 P8: 000bdae8 P9: P10: Attached files: C:\Users\David Mathews\AppData\Local\Temp\WERAD74.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml These files may be available here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_Prepar3D.exe_e2e0574bda3ab5e58392c875f04fc4d9a4fac3cf_0da7cb94_16bbce69 Analysis symbol: Rechecking for solution: 0 Report Id: f70af4f9-d61f-44c7-b9bf-f1cf09495c0c Report Status: 0 Hashed bucket: f3310c688c7dc7d6b0af41df27881dbc And then one more error that shows up once I click ok on the "P3d has stopped working" error message in the app Application Error Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 3.3.5.17625, time stamp: 0x5758bb31 Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.10586.494, time stamp: 0x5775e78b Exception code: 0xc000041d Fault offset: 0x000bdae8 Faulting process id: 0x1014 Faulting application start time: 0x01d1fd487c2b6a77 Faulting application path: E:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\KERNELBASE.dll Report Id: 9b7975b9-66bd-4be4-b57c-cd31e1ae1128 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: System Info: Intel i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz RAM = 16GB 64-bit Windows 10 NVidia GeForce GTX970 Backdated driver to 361.43 (per post on here) Setup: P3D v 3.3.5.17625 Active Sky 2016 (with hotfix 3) ASCA FSC 9.6 / PFPX v126 FTX Global FTX Global Vector FTX Trees FTX Libraries (updated) FTX Global OpenLC NA FTX Global OpenLC Europe FSUIPC v4.955c PMDG 737x (current as of 8/12) PMDG 777-200 & 300 add-on (current as of 8/12 Uninstalled in attempts to fix this: FSDT KDFW and accompanying programs (couatl) RAAS for 777 VAS - no issues, not even close tot 4GB Settings are turned down to middle of the road (my PC can handle a lot more, but that was a common theme I saw, so I turned them down). I've done a complete un-install re-install of P3D and all add-ons I've deleted wx.bin and .wx files Made backups of xml.dll and prepar3d.cfg and had the sim rebuild them Re-ran simconnect.msi installers in 3 different folders (FSX-SP2-Xpeck, FSX-SP1, FSX-RTM-lib) Even tried disabling or spacing out the FSUIPC auto-saves thinking that that might be triggering it... no go. Like others, I am really frustrated. I'm willing to do what I have to do to make this right, but I am hoping that P3D and/or PMDG and/or the good folks on here will be willilng to help me out, too... as I am out of ideas. Many Thanks David Mathews
