Checklists for the 757

Featured Replies

I noticed in the 777 manual, there are published checklists to read off at different moments of the flight. Are there any that can be found for the 757? I know they exist of course, but for some reason, I don't see them in the manual. Also, maybe if we had them, they can be incorporated into Flyscripts for added realism. :-)Thanks fellow sim-pilotsSincerely,Chris Catalano

If you have PMDG's 777, there are checklists provided that will (almost) serve. You can also download my checklist DLL from the library to get on-line checklists and procedures for both the 757 and the 777. I've added the 777 checklists to the 757 procedures checklist file so that you can do the challenge/response checklist phase in the 757. Using the checklist editor that I provide with the checklist DLL, you can even print out the complete procedures and checklists for the 757 (albeit with the modified 777 checklists).I've already notified PMDG about the omission in their 757 manual but haven't received any response from them as to when or even if an update will be available. So, I wouldn't be too hopeful. :-(Cheers, Tony

Yeah, I found it odd that they weren't there. I had the Fly!/Fly!2K version of the 757 and it had the checklists in the manual.John S. MorganReal World: KSFF, Cessna 152 994JP, Student 16+ hours.Virtual: Fly!II, KPHX, AWVA, PMDG Boeing 757-200.

Talking about checklists .. I think J-41 is equipped with "talking checklists". Can't wait to see this one done by PMDG.Michael J.
