Tom:Just like you, there's hundreds of users in this forum asking, I don't even want to know how many on E-mail. These fellows are probably working on the problem... But they've gotta start somewhere. Be patient though, this is just the first day of release. I mean, I haven't purchased. I will let the hysteria die down a little, then buy. Gives PMDG time to sort out the problems. And I know how you feel, but going nuts polluting the forums won't make them reply any faster. I dont think you get my point here mate.......look up......."did you remove anything, try reinstall.....thats the support Ive gotten......Ive asked numours times now for hours to send me my reg key so I can EVEN try this plane I payed 40 bucks for. I did not get what I was promised which was a plane I could fly for 10 days while I wait for registration. It dont work!!!.....so I dont want to wait the 10 days just so they can feel secure against the warez people outthere. I would appreciate an answer. And also....you didnt buy the product so please dont comment on if I should be paitiend cause I already have been, but I cant even get an answer from these people. You want me to list the problems Ive had today just to first purchase this thing??....then the purchase screen crashing on me so I didnt even know if my purchase went through?......then to sit and wait for 4 hours for an email which I didnt know if it was coming or not cause noone seemed to want to answer me if my purchase went through.....and now when I actually get the plane and 10 day trial dont work, your telling me to be paitient when I once again is sitting here with my head up my a** trying to get an answer. Seeing post after post made 2min ago beeing answeed by the PMDG team but noone seems to be able to find their way in here and answer and help out so I can fly what I payed for.Yes I might seem impaitient now....but I dont call it any helpfull at all. I will be mailing support for a refund now. This bird aint worth $40 and thats said not even been able to fly it!Tom

If you haven't flown it, how can you know if it isn't worth the bucks? And sincerely, I do know what you're going through, I waited a week to get my CS727 activated after purchase. So I WILL comment. I know it's annoying, but how long has it been since you purchased? Can't be more than 24 hrs. Maybe you have nothing else to do than sit there and refresh this post, but I assure you if you go do something else, PMDG will end up sorting it out or they'll give you your money back. Tom,I HAVEN'T even received my link to download and I purchased at 01-Jul-2003 02:11:33AM but WHAT I DID GET is an EMAIL from Robert Randazzo telling me to be polite and that they are working on a solution.I tell you right now that I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL but WHAT ELSE CAN I DO OTHER THAN Be ######?I DO want to use this aircraft and I DO think it will be great, HOWEVER I am just to sit here and WAIT after PAYING and NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO DOWNLOAD let alone worry about a Demo Screen.I guess what I am trying to say is that I am as MAD as you are and FEEL completely with you that people are being responded to about why the toilet doesn't flush!!! But on the same hand, my hands are tied and I have to hold my anger inside and just ride it out because I do want this aircraft so I won't file for refund and apparantly I will be scolded for rightfully standing up. :-(

Tom,I assume you did an uninstall to get rid of it correct? If so , and with it removed, go in to the modules folder and delete the folder with a bunch of 4 digit strings (sorry I can't remember the numbers i'm at work something like 5649-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) Once you have deleted that folder, reinstall and see if it works.RegardsPaul GollnickTechnical Operations/Customer Operational SupportPrecision Manuals Development Group[www.precisionmanuals.com]

Paul....please....I already did try to reinstall....and yes I also deleted the folder with digit strings last time with the licens file in it....It dont work. I have emailed support regarding my refund.Funny enough 5min after I send my email regarding refund I recieve an email from support answering my question asked 12 hours ago if my purchase went through or not. Saying that my link is fixed now. Yet that was not my question in my email they had attached. Cause at that point I didnt even have a link for download since I didnt know if I purchased or not. Strange.Tom

Tom,can you give me an update on your situation please - If I understand correctly, you installed the 737TNG but when loaded, you get the message saying it is an unlicensed copy?Sorry if I have missed it, did you already send your registration code together with your order ID to registration?I know whatever I say will not make you happy at the moment as you are very frustrated over this situation, but please provide me with the information. You have to believe me, I'm just here to help you so you can get what you paid for. Let's work this out.

That's acknowledged.Please leave us some time to fix the problem and come up with solutions. If you are not willing to do this, then ok, you're not. Period. No it doesnt say unlicenced copy. When I pick the airplane in the pulldown list of airplanes and press ok a popup occurs saying "your licens is either invalid or expired" Now that made me wonder the first time cause Im thinking....how can it be invalid since I dont have a license yet....yes I did email registration for licens key but I did not recive any yet. I did that as soon as I fired the plane up first time and got the popup as described and then saw that my screen was all plastered with "demo" or whatever its saying. I know that I should not be impaitinet about getting the key cause your supposed to have 10 days to send it to me in. BUT.....airplane appearently already think I had a licens or something and is telling me its expired or something. So it wont even give me 10 days at all. So I need my key NOW and not yestrday.....seems getting my licens key from registration is only way to solve my problem as now. And I got the feeling I wont get that now, hence I emailed support for a refund, cause I find this kind of protection rediculas when it prevents the real customers in flying it, even as trial.Tom
