July 3, 200322 yr Commercial Member To all those still awaiting Registration codes that sent emails to [email protected]. Unfortunately my Cable/Internet provider has been kind enough to crash my internet access from home. I have been lucky to be able to stay connected for much longer than about 15 minutes without losing service for up to an hour at a time so the registration email is falling behind. They have given me no ETR for when it might be fixed. I hope to back online tonight and start pounding through them. If you are one of the few who are locked out of the 10 day trial please indicate so in the header of your email and I will try to get you going so you can enjoy your purchase. All others are going in the order recieved and will hopefully be fully issued by late tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.RegardsPaul GollnickTechnical Operations/Customer Operational SupportPrecision Manuals Development Group[www.precisionmanuals.com] Paul Gollnick Manager Customer/Technical Support Precision Manuals Development Group www.precisionmanuals.com

July 3, 200322 yr Speaking about registration codes. I have allready messed up my 737NG. My flightsim was beginning to be a little unstable so after trying 5 - 8 times I managed to start it up.Then I thought it would be clever to make the transfercode now, because maybe I could not start it up next time.I made the transfercode and then the 737 is not working anymore. Now I am wondering if I should send you the trasfercode and get a new code? Bacause I allready know that in about 30 days I have to do a reinstall of my computer to install the FS2004 - and do the same thing again?I don't hope you get tired of making codes for me :DBrSteen P
July 3, 200322 yr There has just got to be a better way....Flight One has a fully automated system for buying and registering. This certainly would have put much less stress on your team. Colin Ware
July 4, 200322 yr In light of the above named issues regarding email server problems... Would it be advisable to resubmit my registration request? My original request was submitted on Monday.. this following my original submission on release date... however that request was sent to the support address...Regards,Ted Panamarioff - Kodiak, Alaska

July 4, 200322 yr My biggest fear is: 1. that my PC or FS2002 crashes - then I will not be able to make the transfer code.Or 2. that I forget to make the transfercode. There is a million things to remember before I format my PC, and it is possible to forget to start flightsim and make a transfercode. Then I can kiss my PMDG737 goodbye? It not the best way to do this, - but as long as I don't get any problems getting a new code I won't complain.I only flew this 737 for 2 hours. I can not fly this at the moment. And I wont ask for a new key because I know I will format my PC one of these days. Then I would have to ask for a new one again.Just too bad it has to be this way - I would love to do one more flight in the 737 before I format.BrSteen P
July 4, 200322 yr Commercial Member Steen-we're pretty understanding people... :-)Ask for a license key - we have ways of verifying if things have changed on your PC, or if you are simply lying through your teeth and are asking for a license key for your buddy. :-lol Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
July 4, 200322 yr That sounds good. I was hoping for that. I already have my transfercode ready - I just didn't wanted to send it to you already. I just got the code from you for 2 days ago, but didn't realize that I was disabling my 737 when making the trasfercode :D I thought I could make it now and keep it on a disk, as a backup if my pc broke down someday.I would never give it to anyone - I will just tell my buddys to support this project and buy it themself.BrSteen P - a satisfied costumer :D
July 4, 200322 yr >Steen->>we're pretty understanding people... :-)>>Ask for a license key - we have ways of verifying if things>have changed on your PC, or if you are simply lying through>your teeth and are asking for a license key for your buddy.Ok - great! But, I am still waiting for my activation key from my initial install (it has been 1.5 days). I would now like to drop a dual-head video card int to try the undocked display "look-n-feel".I really do not want to disable the install if I do not have to.So - would someone please let me know if swapping video cards is going to cause problems with my "not yet activated and still claiming 7 days left" installation? Also - should I decide to keep the dual-head video card in place, will there be a problem when I do get the activation since my h/w config *may* be different?Thanks.-michael
