July 4, 200322 yr Hello!!After that I have been waiting for my licence key from PMDG I received that today and guess what the reg menu says. Import licence key is incorrect!!!!What kind of system is this???If I had known this I had never bought this product
July 4, 200322 yr - and what exactly are you guys going to do if PMDG closes tomorrow ? - Or next year ?Say I need a new license code from you in 1 year if I change hardware, or whatever reason, and you guys don't exist anymore ??Remember we have PAYED for this software - and there is a good chance it's running a limited period of time ... not very satisfactory!Martin
July 4, 200322 yr Commercial Member Michael-the video card should not invalidate your license key. If, per chance, it does, let me know by email. Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
July 4, 200322 yr Commercial Member Lennart-sorry about that... can you please generate a new registration code and send it to me personally? Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
July 4, 200322 yr Approximately how far "behind" are you guys in creating codes ?Still haven't heard word on mine :-/ ... looking forward - 6 days to go :)Martin
July 4, 200322 yr Hi! I had some problems with the licence key. But now it works!!It is a great panel and aircraft that I have been waiting for a long time. Thanks for your great support and a wonderful aircraft
July 5, 200322 yr I am loosing my patience.I flashed my BIOS yesterday, off course without thinking about PMDG first. Second time I mess up. Rob promised to get back to me with a new code after I sent him the number. I still sit here with a plane I can`t use. I relly hope I can fly it again soon or...................I mean, this can`t be legal, can it? Messing with innocent people`s hardware that way? It`s MY hardware. And I want to be on top of it.What`s next? That you tell me to buy a PC dedicated to your plane? What do you expect from me, huh? Just wondering...
July 5, 200322 yr Purchased the Aircraft Yesterday and am still awaiting the Code to unlock it. When can we expect to something relating to it in our Inbox via email???Seems like it's all pretty confusing to me?VIRGINA340
July 5, 200322 yr Went outside and mowed my lawn in order to calm down. Fortunately I was able to mowe my lawn without having to contact a dude on the net in order to get the job done :-hah Got in again, got the code, thanks folks...

July 5, 200322 yr It's Like having a Toy for Christmas that needs batteries and all the shops are closed. I really can appreciate that this system is for those who dont part with cash but steal off others, but i expected more from PMDG.Still waiting!!!VIRGINA340
July 5, 200322 yr I am waiting too. (2 days waiting now)understand you have much to do, nice so far with the 737TNG!/Philip NSweden
July 5, 200322 yr Hi Paul, Are you really still this far behind getting out the "Key's"? I purchased the 737TNG on the release date (having no doubt's about the quality of the bird, having owned all but one of your Fly products), and sent the request for the key code on Tuesday evening. Saw you post about your internet provider, so I resent it Thursday, July 3rd. I am begining to think that the 10 day grace period was not enough, I am down to 5 day's now and holding.....Steve ParkKSDF
July 5, 200322 yr I think that Martin has a valid point here.I have been reading these threads, waiting to place my order when the smoke clears and, perhaps, until the patch is issued that corrects what appears to be a frame rate bug.I have found that the paranoid procedures that have been put in place by a few of the after-market software vendors really create a lot of problems for the HONEST folks. It seems that preventing a few scums who would steal the software is more important than providing a user friendly purchase method for the vast majority of honest simmers. I am more than willing to pay the fee for the software, but should I really have to stand on my head, rub my stomach and pat my behind at the same time to install and use it! Is piracy really that big of a problem in flight simming?I don't suggest that there are not some pirates among us, but are these drastic measures really required? Perhaps some moderation of the paranoia is called for. There must be a better system. Indeed, a few crooks might get the software for the sake of providing superior service to the paying customers.Just my opinion,Wilson
