dear folks,i bought your product, i registered it and since that i have huge crash problems of my FS 2002. every aircraft (PIC 767, DF 737-400, Phoenix Airbus...) will cause a crash to desktop. sometimes with an error message sometimes not.1. failure in visualfx.dll2. failure in unknown mod3. crash wo a messageonly your product will run stable without crashing ??????? what is the problem ??? i need help please.......for your info, i am using directx9.0aati 9500 radeon with newest driverplease help, because i don t paied 39 dollars that my whole other stuff wn t work anymore.thanx klaus

Dear Klaus-we've identified one situation with our aircraft that would cause other 3rd party add-ons to crash. Our coming-soon patch should fix this issue.In the mean time, are you having trouble only AFTER loading our aircraft first, or is this happening regardless?

hi there..nice to hear of you so fast :-)))))))puhhhhhhhhh.. i think i solved the problem.....yesterday i proceeded to KJFK and saved the last situation as my startup situation, which means to continoue with your 737 from KJFK.i read the whole forum (my eyes are collapsing ... LOL ) and i deleted the files from the flights . and now i start with another plane, which means i guess i have the problem when i use another stuff after yours.... i will check out this problem....greets from germany klaus

That's the situation (flying something like 767PIC after the NG) where FS2002 crashed with a GDI+ error.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

early in the morning....i am not sure if it is gdi problem. i never got a message from my system ( xp ),maybee my machine is to fast :-)i talked to pmdg stuff and we figured out, that there is a heavy problem in using other aircrafts AFTER flying a 737. they will solve the problem in the upcoming patch, hopefully :-)so far a dramandous day will finish.. hehehe.klaus

So far, I haven't had a problem with the combination of the PMDG 737 Continental 2D panel, Radar Contact v3.1, FSNavigator 4.51, and ActiveSky 1.86. I do notice that if I attempt to print a flight plan out of FSNav with my HP printer my PC locks up completely due to the memory demand of the printer and FS stuff. x( Steve
