PMDG 737:TNG problems in FS2004

Featured Replies

I got my copy of FS2004 the other day and made a fresh install of the 737 and got problems immediately. The PMDG dll file seems to be the problem according to the error message from FS2004.I hope the compatibility problems will be taken care of in the upcoming patch.

Hi namelessPMDG and FS2004 doesn't work until FSUIPC 3.0 is released! Unless you have a beta of it of course ;-)And I think there are some more minor issues as well before we can migrate the NG to FS2004.Regards,

That's entirely correct. You ABSOLUTELY need a new FSUIPC (NOT released to the public yet) for our 737 to work properly in FS2004.Our upcoming patch will address this and refuse to work without a new FSUIPC.

Hi Lefteris, does that mean that we won't see the patch until next week at the very earliest? And also, will a new version of FSUIPC be included with the patch, or has PMDG acquired a licence for its use - i.e. will we have to purchase FSUIPC or not?Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg

Hi !I'm repeating myself, but I'd really like to know if there will be further delays for the patch and if the answer to this is "yes", then how much longer will it take approximately? The fuel - imbalance thing really is annoying...regards,Joerg

Are we not gonna be able to use the patch till we get the new FSUIPC even if we are staying with FS2002 for the time being? I hope you are just talking about FS2004 and not FS2002.

Eric-that's correct - it will detect if you're using FS2004 and if so, will require the released FSUIPC version. FS2002 is not affected.
