December 10, 200322 yr >I agree Fred, but you know, sometimes it just pi**es me off.>99.9% of the folks in this forum are fantastic, and they>really add a lot to my enjoyment of this fantastic add-on.>Heck, a couple of them I have actually grown to regard as>freinds, even though I've never laid eyes on them. Oh well,>your right. I wish there was a way to add him to an "ignore>list" or something:)I agree. Comments like that detract from the value of this fourm. Maybe Avsim could allow users to have an ignore list :)How about it, Mr. Allensworth? ;)
December 10, 200322 yr Looking good guys. I hope i have this new version by this weekend, really can't wait anymore!!Do whatever you guys have left to do and give us this nice Christmas gift with all those nice changes and modifications made to the aircraft!
December 10, 200322 yr FredWhat can I say Fred.It took five months for PMDG to get this plane to the point that it should have been when it was released.I have a right to be unhappy with that fact.As for contributing to the forum I would rather have my facts straight before I hit the submit button. You might want to do the same considering what I`ve seen.Either that or just parrot Randy`s replies like you usually do.The fact is that this bird was a mess when it was released and no manner of feel good posts will erase this fact.So you will need to cut me some slack if I happen to say things that you might not like as not everyone is of the George Stoddard frame of mind.Ted
December 10, 200322 yr Ted -You have your right to your opinion, respect my right to have an opinion as well.As to parroting Randy's replies, sure thats what I do because Randy is our fearless beta team leader ;)Fred the parrot
December 10, 200322 yr Author Ted, even you have come a long way (as have I) in how we respond on the forum. Most importantly the aircraft has come lights years from the initial release as I think you agree? We (PMDG and it's beta members supporters) have learned a great deal since then and I certainly feel have made up for the inititial release's state. You are welcome to post and raise concerns ted, I do not desire you to leave but do wish for a little respect and I will do my part in giving some back, sound like a plan?[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. December 10, 200322 yr :-) :-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-)Nothing like a CHILDISH little rivalry to lighten the tension until the release of SU2.By all means KIDS!.......keep it up. You amuse me greatly.BTW, great to see that you no longer allow your blood's temperature to reach boining point for the simplest and stupidest of reasons Randy. A lot of the respect I had for you when you sent me the PIC landing view has returned. Keep it up.
December 10, 200322 yr Author Thanks Anthony, You know my father could not control his temper, was a very bitter and mean fellow, I don not want to follow in those foot steps. I can change my actions and attitude, does not mean I will not get a little pissy at times but not act like the world is ending because someone has something to say that I happen to not like very much.. I was thinking of a new PIC landing panel for PIC V2, looking at it now I know it can be improved ;).. [h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/betaimg.jpg Randy J Smith
December 10, 200322 yr Commercial Member >What can I say Fred.It took five months for PMDG to get this>plane to the point that it should have been when it was>released.I have a right to be unhappy with that fact.Would you rather they left it that way? Noone forced them to make SU2, they did it because they believe in their product and in listening to their customers. This is their first MSFS aircraft and they have learned from the experience - I'd be happy for this fact, because it means we're going to get some outstanding aircraft in the near future with the completion of the NG series and the 747-400...Ryan Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
December 10, 200322 yr Very Nice! Thanks for all your efforts guys, keep up the good work! This is my first week with the NG since making the switch from PIC and couldn't be having a better time; don't ask my wife about her time since I discovered it ;)I look forward to the great products and enhancements from PMDG and to mingling with the loyal following.:-beerchugDave Branca
December 10, 200322 yr Sweet looking FMC ! Will you make the rest of the panels photo-realistic like Dreamfleet? Paul
December 10, 200322 yr Wow, great FMC randy.Did you create the new FMC textures and will this one be included in SU2? Regards
December 10, 200322 yr RandyI`ve said my final word above and it`s not to this point been altered/erased,I guess that says something so ok I`ll give PMDG the chance with the patch.Ted
December 10, 200322 yr Author Thanks for being civil Ted. Hopefully we will all be sharing some good flying times together without the past problems, I have some confidance this time around.
