Captains-We are in the process of sending email to existing customers identifying their download link and accounts.Here is some important information you need to receive a smooth installation and/or support process:1) If your link is broken/dead: do not write to tech support immediately. We have limited the number of users allowed access to the server in order to ensure that bandwidth remains robust. You will get on eventually- it might take you a few tries or more....2) If you have changed addresses and do not receive an email link by 0500Z 14DEC03, you should write to [email protected] and include:--> Your FIRST AND LAST name.--> The approximate date of your purchase--> Your customer ID (if available. You kept this, right?)--> your NEW EMAIL address. (we don't need the old one...we probably already have it!)3) If you need to update your address and you send the information to [email protected] it will be deleted without action. HelloA word of warning to those who think that they haven't got thier EMail yet, particularly if they have Spam Assasin running on thier mail server. Mine was classified as Spam(it got a good score and was thrown straight into the grinder for disposal), it mostly didn't like it being sent by a mass mailer. Fortunately, I rescued mine from oblivion. BestDudley Brooke

Wow ... your spamassassin config is pretty sensitive. It only got a spam score of 1.2 on mine. :)

It got a score of 5.5 on mine, I also filter with Mozilla, and some still get through(about 1 a week ).
