Mike, I will ASSUME it because Robert has posted a thread anchored on TOP that explains what is going on which actually answers your question. I know it is frustrating but ALL you guys will get your links and have SU2. EDIT:, it does answer Mike, it means that a few things are too blame, one the mail has changed, two, the mail was not delivered to your inbox because your email client thinks it's spam mail. If you ahve not heard from us, perhaps you are part of the 15% of the user database that came back as undeliverable mail? Or quite possibly your spam filter grabbed it, or some other failure has intercepted the sent item.There are a few things you can do to help yourself in this situation. First, the download link/password that is being sent to you is identical to the one originally issued to you at the time of purchase. Simply refer to that old email (we told you to keep it, remember?) and us that download link.Or- if you didn't keep that email- drop us an email to [email protected] and once the server has calmed down well review your account and see about issueing you a new one!

Mike, you do not have to have any spam filter running, most do the filtering without you being aware. Nontheless, PMDG will get you, it might not be right this minute as you desire (this is normal) but you will get taken care of..[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Mike-At last check, nearly 18% of all the email we sent to users bounced.You will recall that at the time of your original purchase, we emplored you to keep your copy of the download email.In the instance that some users did not do that, we issued all of them again. You say you have not received the second email- and you clearly did not save the email that was originally sent to you.This being the case, the rest of the instructions apply..... I'm sorry if this is unsatisfactory to you personally.

Hello,Yeah, I think I will call Verizon Online DSL and find out why they would filter my mail and not even inform me with an E-mail.If you need to delete this thread, go ahead, I now know I have to wait....I will say this, at first I was a bit upset at the last days before release with the web site thing, but taking the time to answer me today with all this crazyness going on with the SU2 release is appreciated.Thanks RandyMike

Mike, You said the magic word's "Verzion". I used to have Verizon as a back up (I retired from there and they gave me a really good price) dial-up account. One day I received an e-mail telling me that my 20 meg of on-line storage was about full and to delete some of it. I could not figure out what they were talking about, so I went to their web site, and discovered that you also have access to "WEB MAIL" from Verizon. This is where you can get your e-mail from any site with internet access. AND they have spam filtering that was intercepting 20 MEG worth of my e-mail. It was 99 percent spam, but there were about 20 valid e-mails in that group. I suggest that you log on and see for yourself.Steve Park
