July 7, 200421 yr How you become a beta-tester for PMDG products, and are more beta-testers required??Through my company I have regular access to B737-700/800 & B747-400 full-motion simulators; very useful for comparing the PMDG products with the 'real thing'.Also, we employ about 30 airline pilots to operate the flight simulators for public & corporate visits on their days off; the B737NG and B744 pilots would also be able to provide useful feedback.James Stevensonhttp://www.virtualaviation.co.ukPS: Our NG pilots love PMDG users as they can just sit back and let them get on with it!

July 7, 200421 yr >It's all about soft-money contributions unfortunately... :D>;):-lol I don't even want to think about how much I have given PMDG over these past months so I could be a beta tester. I wouldn't want to miss one of the monthly payments, RSR might send one of his hitmen after me to get his money ;)(Disclaimer: The above was said in jest, and is not meant to be taken seriously)

July 7, 200421 yr "I desire to be on a Beta Team" general hint list1] Spend way too much time on forums talking positive about the company's products and be informative with a lot of ;-) in your posts.2] Send the big honchos in the company gift certificates to Hooters.3] Make your own T-shirts with company logo and post screenshots on the every forum known to flight sim community.4] Talk like you're already a beta tester and really know what the heck you're talking about with diagrams copious notes.5] Last but certainly not least, pucker up with a smile ;-)Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J. July 7, 200421 yr It means that although I am not a real pilot, my participation with the 737 NG is good enough to pass my sorry butt off as a suedo pilot in chaps.Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J.
