August 1, 200421 yr same problemstutters galore, only fly in 2D and then i get acceptable frame rates. I7-10700F RTX 3070 32 Gig Ram
August 1, 200421 yr May be a "deep" system problem. My CPU is about equal to a P4 2.8 Ghz, and I get very good frame rates (average of 30 fps at busy airports). Try right clicking My Computer > Properties > General (usually default) > make sure that it actually says a Pentium 3.0 Ghz. If not, your BIOS is not set at the right FBS causing it to run at a minimum instead of it's maximum. Also, does this happen in other games?Try downloading something called 3DMark from madonion.com and do the benchmarks, it'll give you a score of how well your PC is performing. Post back with your score so we can determine/compare if it's a PC problem or the problem is within FS itself.Nick B.Continental Airlines Virtual 737NG Pilothttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/800driver.jpg--AMD Athlon XP 3200+ @ 2.2 Ghz (Equal to 2.8 ghz)400W Power supply3x 80 mm Case FansSoyo VIA KT600 Dragon PlusnVidia GeForce FX 5200 128 mb2 x 512 PC400100 GB Western DigitalMicrosoft Sidewinder Precision 2D
August 1, 200421 yr I was having the same problem a few weeks ago. It was happening with all aircraft. I reinstalled DirectX and the problem went away.I don't know if it will work for you, but it couldn't hurt to try.Carl Moore
August 1, 200421 yr I think its a deeper problem, in the guages perhaps. I remember it happening on the original 737NG shortly after release (I haden't bought at the time but i remember a number of big threads about it). I don't think its hardware related, since I can get 25+FPS in the most complex of addons...
