September 22, 200421 yr Hi everyone! This is my first post in the forum (and in english...i speak spanish so be patient :() so i will really apreaciate if someone can help me.A friend of mine (the one who asked me to post this message, his english its even worse) have installed the PMDG 737-800 with aaaaall the updates. It has the CH Yoke and Pedals, but when he get into the Simulator, and try to taxi or flight, the screen says "differencial brakes", when actually, he is not pressing the brakes, and even he is not touching the pedals. I am not sure if it happens with the other aircrafts. He has the FSUIPC registered version (3.22).So, if someone could help him it would be great. Thanks.Felipe [email protected]
September 22, 200421 yr Commercial Member Dear Felipe-first of all, have your friend upgrade to the latest FSUIPC (I think it's up to v3.30 or even later). That is the only supported version.Secondly- try to adjust the null zone of the rudder brakes, either within CH Manager (a program you can get from the CH website) or within FSUIPC, where you manage the brakes.I think that will solve your problems. September 23, 200421 yr Also make sure that the brake axises are reversed. If this is incorrect you will see a brake message every time you release the pedals and that message will go out if you put both pedals simultaneously to the metal i.e. all the way down.Hope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
September 23, 200421 yr Speaking of the Differential brakes, I have a problem with mine. I can use the left (F11) brake, but the right (F12) doesnt work all the time. F12 is set in the assignments for Right diff brake, but it just doesnt like to work all the time. Does anyone know what could be causing this?? I have no idea! Thanks Cheers,RyanProfessional Coffee Drinker/BAe146 DriverAircraft Maintenance Engineer

September 23, 200421 yr Guys,The post was originally about pedals and analog brake axises in FS. You are wondering about the ON/OFF brake assignments for keyboards. Should have been great in a new topic! ;-)To your problem:Assign some other keys to see if the problem persists...Hope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
