Some great tips on the FPV in TRC 3. Basically it represents the direction of the aircraft, for example say if you want a 3 degree glideslope descent you position the FPV on the 3 degree line, take a look at the TRCs, Robert did a great job

Thanks guys. I will go and reread the 3rd Type Rating Course.Ivo Dimitrov

Yep, it's sorta like the total velocity vector that's on fighter jet HUDs - wherever you point it, that's exactly where the airplane is heading at that moment. So if you place it directly on the horizon line, you'll get level flight etc. It already accounts for angle of attack, wind, etc...

>Yep, it's sorta like the total velocity vector that's on>fighter jet HUDs You don't need a 747 or even a fighter jet to get this feature. Chelton's Highway in the Sky avionics have this feature as well so you can even enjoy it in a general aviation type of aircraft if properly equipped.Michael J.http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/for...argo_hauler.gifhttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-beta.jpg
