SID/STAR text files for 747-400 LOST

Hi there, I recently reinstalled 747-400, a while ago I accidently deleted the sid/star text files that were in the PMDG SID/STAR folder.How do I get those text files back or where can I download them from?Kind RegardsGavin Moss

Search for PMDG SIDSTARS, my current is the 0610 Collection of 34 (US only) locations.
