October 31, 200619 yr I just purchased the Queen of the Skies and the validation fails every time. I am using the correct email, the five digit order # and my password. Am I missing something?Bob Johnson
October 31, 200619 yr Hi Bob,PMDG's e-commerce ISP failed them over the weekend and several of us, me included, had to wait several hours (over a few days) to 1) purchase and then 2) validate. It was multi-staged pain, but I was finally able to validate last night. There are several posts on this matter.

October 31, 200619 yr Commercial Member Bob,The Validation server is working currently - check to ensure you're not using any sort of firewall that could be blocking the connection. November 1, 200619 yr Well, I just tried again and no go...BobTo recap my firewall is down, Norton internet security is disabled. The only other thing I can think of is I placed the order from this machine which is where FS is located and my comfirming email went to a different computer. I have even logged in at PMDG so I know that my email address and PW are good.
