At am really ashame and disappointed with you guys at pmdg. I paid almost $80.00 for both programs and since I had a virus on my main system I lost all my files, but I was told I have to pay $3.95 to download a program that I already paid for. I'm very disappointed, because I thought Rob was in this because of the love of flying. Trying to get every dime at of your customers is just wrong. Too bad all you guys are going to be is wannabeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessss, I go to work and fly this airplane everyday. I love fltsimming and its ashame its turn into a business for some of you.Joe
