August 28, 200718 yr PMDG:I sent an e-mail to support saying the store says I am not in their database. I bought the NG and the 800-900 upgrade in 2003. Well, I know I bought the NG in 2003. The 800-900 may have been 2004. Anyway, how can I establish that I bought these products. The hardrive is gone, but I have my original e-mail hardcopy from PMDG with my order number and license number. Kaydub

Just wait for support to respond - did you get the automated email response? Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

August 29, 200718 yr Commercial Member You'll want to try resending from a different email address then - for some reason ISP filters (before it gets to you) often spam block the response and anything else we might have sent after. August 30, 200718 yr Ryan:I cannot see my previous records either, BUT I did use a different email address then, so I entered the old one, but still no go. What's my next option? Ron - CYEG
