Moreover, I'd like to know why it's slightly skewed towards the right.

Just checked 747X in PMDG colors at night.. seems nominal. Taxi lights are duals on the nose gear, no question they turn off. The lights used for turns are angled towards each side.I've noticed a shiny spot during the daytime that could be mistaken for a light, which I have done once or twice.Sorry, can't duplicate your problem.

I constantly see the taxi light "cone" skewed towards the right in day and night when taxying straight ahead or in a turn. It's almost like it has been accidentally misaligned. Anybody else experience this?

Yeah, I have the "skewed to the right" issue. I've already reported it as a bug.- Bill
