Using FSB 2.3 which inserts TOC and TOD into the flight plan. However in the 744x these do not show up in the FMC flight plan nor on the Navigation Display.Thanx.

That is correct, the FSBuild f-plan has these but do not appear in the saved rte format. The ones that appear on the ND are predictions by the FMC. Such "waypoints" don't exist in a flight plan unless they are provided as altitude constraints. This would be unusual.
