Chris, if you downloaded the manuals when they were first released, the tutorial wasn't included at that point. Try re-downloading them and you should see the tutorial.

Down in Aussieland, the term would referr to people of Italian and Greek heritage. usually offensive, (though is it really offensive when they call themselves it? it's like a self depreciating joke... in the same sense, calling somebody an idiot is "offensive" but is someone calling THEMSELF an idiot offensive? who is being offended? themself? the people who have massive hangups with words? people who don't like associating with idiots? - who's the worse here? the self-depreciator who can laugh at himself, or the nosy one who's a word-nanny.
