Think I Got a 'SIDSTAR' Problem???

Featured Replies

This be strange.....When departing KORD, only ONE SID shows up in the FMS database for the whole airport.I have nDAC navdata 0810 installed, and there is a large 'KORD' file in the PMDG 'sidstars' folder also. This also happens when I launch Flightsim Commander - only the one SID.What could my problem be?

Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)

No problem, KORD only has a vectors-only sid (ORD2) with no departure routes. Check out the airport info available at flightaware.com ... it's really easy and you can see what the real guys are filing for departures.

If the airport is available on liveatc, I also like to listen to the departures and arrivals, this gives you some idea of SID/STAR transitions in and out of the airport in question.
