Hello all. I'm trying to program the LISTO SID for EGCC Manchester because I haven't found it on any site so far. This is what the SID is like for RWY24R:Climbing straight ahead. at MCT D2 turn left onto track 163M to establish on HON VOR R342 to LISTO.---The question is, how can I program it so that at MCTD2 it will turn left to establish on the HON R342?Please helpthanks

I don't believe you can really program this fully, primarily since we cannot program overfly waypoints.I would use the FIX page to show the DME 2 arc. Before takeoff I would LSK LISTO twice (on top) and then enter the inbound course of 162. This will set up an LNAV intercept. I would set the MCP HDG to 163. When you hit the DME 2, activate HDG SEL to turn to 163, and then arm LNAV. You will fly 163 until intercepting the LNAV track.(Hmm...163 to intercept a 162 inbound sounds iffy.)Besides, this is more fun/involving than fully automating it!Lee Hetherington (KBOS)

A319,There is a waypoint named D236B 2 miles from MCT on the 24R runway heading. You can use that. Make your next waypoint LOVEL which is on the UA1 airway and will take you to HON via LISTO.Make sure your database is up to date by visiting www.navdata.at/ and downloading the relevant data for the 767PIC.Cheers,

Hi Ray, fancy meeting you here!Just a small point for those who enjoy flying to real-world procedures - jets such as the B767 are not permitted to us the LISTO SIDs when departing 24R/L but must use the HON 1R/Y instead.I think the ban has something to do with all those rich people living in parts of Cheshire! You wouldn't be one of them by any chance would you? :-lol

Hi Pete,You're not stalking me are you? ;-)Yes, you're quite right. After I checked my booklet for EGCC jets must use the Honiley departure route rather than LISTO (formerly CONGA).This is an interesting SID weaving right before turning left. The reason being that the residents of Knutsford (the posh bit - miles away from me!) successfully argued for aircraft to avoid overflying the town.I live under the 06L LISTO SID half-way between EGCC and Woodford. They're using 06 today so it's a bit noiser than usual :-(Cheers,

Peter, Ray,Either of you any idea which SID to use for the HON VOR if departing Rwy 06?Every since LISTO arrived I have not been able to determine a correct SID off 06; the HON SIDs only deal with 24 departures.Cheers

Hi Vulcan,Pete comes to the rescue! In reality only 06L is used for departures. 06R is only used for landings although a SID does exist. Similarly 24R is the landing and departure runway until it gets busy when 24L is used for departures but never landings.I hope that makes it clear :-)Cheers,
