Randy,I finally got off of my arse and installed your landing view package (thanks mostly to prodding by Mike Bevington who kept emailing it to me). It is an excellent addition to an already excellent product.I do have to do a little tweaking to the perspective though - my first landing with the landing view into Las Vegas on Saturday night resulted in me coming in too high and collapsing my nose gear when I made a poor decision to "slam" her down rather than go around. Could have also been the fact this was my first PIC flight in a little while. This all was much to the amusement of ACA856, AAL327, and Los Angeles Center - who all found my ineptitude quite entertaining. Screen shot is available out there somewhere on the Internet. I plan on being back in the PIC as soon as the ACA maintenance crew gets out of the Casino and fixes the nose gear.Excellent Package Randy - hats off to you and all the others who keep moving the PIC forward with panel changes, merge files, procedures, diagrams, and sound files.Ian Elchitz CYWG

LOL............Thanks Ian. That's one thing great about this view, it's very easy to modify to your personal Preferences. As for Mike, this view would NOT have been without his direct input, period. Hat's off to him for all the help.Best Wishes,Randy J. [email protected]" A little learning is a dangerous thing"

Here are a couple of shots in action, notice the nice bright taxi light in shot 2! This particular bitmap has a little post showing on the left. The default has no post showing, but if you wish to use this one email me and I can send it. One more thing I wish to add to Mike's list above, THERE IS NO LONGER ANY GEAR PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. Best Wishes,Randy J. [email protected]" A little learning is a dangerous thing"
