Hi!I would recommend to purchase the FS ASSIST add-on from LAGO ( available at lago-online ). It has a pushbacktool and a framerateoptimizer.Although it costs some Euros, this tool is quite reliable and real good...TE

Your question confused me (short trip) at first but I think you are asking if the gauge could be placed on the panel instead of at the top of the window. Personally, I just did the default installation of the gauge about a month ago and wanted to place it on the pedistal or overhead without the button to make it appear and disappear. I could not figure out how to do that in the short amount of time I messed with it but I agree that it would be nice if it could be stuck in place. I do not think I would like it on the main forward panel, somewhere off to the side of the light switches on the upper panel would be nice eh??Anyone try this?

Hi guys,The gauge has it's own window, you can't change that. The only thing you can do is to add the button to the Pedestal (or any other panel), like I did. See my website in flightsim page, panel add-on section.Nicohttp://www.nicokaan.nl/

Thanks Nico, I was not sure if the main switch position could be manipulated or not. I saw, and copied, your setup at the time I did mine and have the button on the pedestal.

hey you guys, where can i find this pushback gauge. PleaseBest Regards Adib Afraj

Nico,I had it done your way at first. Then I just tweaked a little and managed to place the gauge itself between the FMC's on the pedestal. No button and separate window needed thus.Groet Adam>The gauge has it's own window, you can't change that. Yes, exactly what I was wanting to do.Details Please!

By installing the button to activate the Push back panel window at my Pedestal by adding: gaugeYY=rcb-gauges!Icon_Pushback, 14, 114,16,16 after the last defined gauge in the Pedestal window section in panel.cfg, where YY is the next free number (probably 08). What else could the number 08 be??A bit confused and needing help.

>Adam, >That's good news! Can you share with us how you did it? >Nico in Window04 (pedestal) after gauge07 add:gauge08=rcb-gauges!PushbackStates, 0,0,1 // Pushback State gaugegauge09=rcb-gauges!PushbackDisplay, 0,0,70,30 // Pushback Displaygaugethe numbers shown here put the gauge on top of the left FMCAdam

Adam,It works great as a separate gauge! Two questions however: how would I go about enabling the sounds in the gauge? I know there are some problems with the sounds if the separate window for the gauge is NOT used (as in here), is there a way to get the sounds to work anyway? How could I make the gauge bigger. I run the pedestal in a 15" screen together with the FMC, and the gauge is a bit too small... if I could just make it a little bigger it would be great. I know NOTHING about tweaking panels and .cfg's :), but I of course do know how to edit stuff and so on... so help is what I need and ask ;)Tero

>How could I make the gauge bigger. You can adjust the size by changing the last two numbers (70,30) in the line below. Originally, these numbers were 86 and 64. BTW, the first two numbers (0,0) denote the gauge position, top left hand corner if I remember correctly.gauge09=rcb-gauges!PushbackDisplay, 0,0,70,30 // Pushback DisplaygaugeI'll have to experiment more with the sounds to give you an answer to your first question. As of now, I don't use the sounds with this gauge.

Hi,I don't think sounds will work without the gauge having its own window. I happen to know the developer of the push back gauage personally and I remember him saying something like that. That's why I posted a message in this thread earlier. I'll contact him and ask him about the possibilities.Nicohttp://www.nicokaan.nl/
