May 31, 200521 yr I have searched both this site and the LevelD forum for information on a converter. I want to convert FOC flight plans for use with the LevelD 767. I did find a pln2rte converter but it was for the PMDG 737. I do remember a converter for the old PIC way back, but can't find it.I do have FSbuild but the flight plan waypoints are lost (converts it to Lat/Lon) when I use the import function. I certainly could be using that function incorrectly or the FOC export process wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.Bob... Bob Prince

June 1, 200521 yr Author Do you mean for flight planning? Or using it to convert pln to rte? Bob Prince

June 1, 200521 yr Author >Sorry, what is an "FOC flight plan"?>>Hi,FOC refers to Flight Operations Center flight planner. It a fairly complex flight planner that delivers very accurate fuel and wind calculations. Exceptional features for VA operators.http://www.danur.com/frontpage/index.htmDaryl,I would like to use an FOC flight plan directly, however, they do not (FOC) offer an export function for LDS. They do allow export to a pln format. However, flight plans created in FOC then exported to FS9 and subsequently imported to (whew!) FSbuild do not work. Or at least not for me.Thanks.Bob.. June 1, 200521 yr Commercial Member Understood - but you can manually enter the FP from FOC to FSBUILD, yes?http://www.pic767flyingclub.com/siggies/ds.jpg The SUPPORT FORUM for Level-D Simulations products: http://www.leveldsim.com/forums
June 1, 200521 yr FOC is really interesting, thanks for your reply Bob.FSbuild 2.2 has a little bug that prevent FS2004 plans to be imported. To work around them you need to open the .pln file with notepad and then remove all the nation identifiers of the waypoints (this should be the second field, just delete the charachters and leave the comma in place). It works correctly with previous MSFS versions fligh plans.I don't know if it applies to FOC generated plans, just check it out and let us know.Stefano Stefano Piccoli

June 22, 200520 yr I use FSNavigator to setup all of my flt plans then use the export function to convert them to PMDG, PIC, LEVELD, SB3I still think FSNav is a must have tool, even if its only for the moving mapTony
