I think he made a typo and that last EDDF should have been EDDM. If you read it like that it makes perfect sense.

First of all, it is not true. The controllers for themost part, and friendly and helpful. Everyonce in awhile you will get someone with an attitude, but it also happens with pilots too. I would suggest visiting the www.vatsim.net site and signing up and and reading the forum for both Pilots and Controllers.

You are both right. MOST controllers are helpful and friendly but there is a group (and that group seems to be growing) who are not.I know the particular controllers Johan referred to in his argument from personal experience and they're just as he describes them.They are in fact the reason I've started looking at which controllers are online in certain areas before entering that area just to avoid having to deal with them.
