I have a K7 socket processor I think, either K7 or K6.I have AMD 800 processor. I am not sure on the BIOS. I think it said "megatrends" when it was starting up in the BIOS.When you send me the email I will get back to you on the BIOS.I think it may have said "plug and play" in BIOS as well.I am waiting your email.Thanks.Ali.

Ali,this is a misunderstanding. I need to know your chipset. Apollo Pro, KT133, KT266. Check the manual of your motherboard for this. Alex

Win-Me,ASUS A7M-266, Athlon 1.333, 512 DDR PC2100 RAM, DIR-X 8.1,ELSA GeFORCE 3, 30,82 DRIVERS. Worked for me!!

urrrmmmmm, I don't know. Can you send me a prvate email on where to look in my mobo manual?Alex.

I tried this tweak yesterday, it didn't work for me. I didn't see a gain in FPS.

Hi Elrond,If AGP texturing is disabled, then what effect does changing the apeture (in BIOS) have, other than releasing that memory to the application?I agree with you- systems are so different, everyone needs a way of backing out changes if they don't work.I hope this finds you well,Bruce.
