December 17, 200619 yr Try searching the web with the entire IRQ_LESS_OR_EQUAL plus the other information that should be present at the end.Have you tried starting windows in the safe mode, e.g., press the F8 key after the initial DOS start screen and before the normal Windows screen appears?
