January 4, 200323 yr Commercial Member Hi all,I recently returned from family vacation after the Holidays and apparently there are some users who are upset that I did not give them a response right away during this period. I left on vacation on Christmas Day and returned yesterday, so there was a period of about 7 days where I was not available to answer everyone's questions, comments, or assist with problems. Of course thanks to many helpful users and beta team members, most problems or questions were answered very quickly via the forums. Thanks guys (and gals!).Anyways, to hopefully avoid the kind of dissapointment that was apparent from several users, I wanted to outline the official support policy of HiFi Simulation Software:Support will be provided via this support forum and/or the e-mail address [email protected]. Immediate response is not guaranteed. Most e-mails and / or posts will be responded to within hours (if not minutes) but there will be occasions where I am either busy working at my "real job", on holiday, or dealing with personal issues. I can guarantee that Christmas through New-Years will always result in a response delay of a few days or up to a week.Regardless, your support inquiries will never be purposely ignored and if for any reason you have not received a response after 1 week please DO send your request again. Sometimes e-mails or posts do get overlooked because of the volume of communications that I deal with on a daily basis. On a side note, if you didn't know, I am a one-man operation and I have to wear many hats here and I hope you understand my position and can understand why sometimes responses directly from me are delayed. Thanks everyone! And Happy New Year!
