Hi all,Quick status report for AS2 development: We are temporarily on development hold while I am forced to take care of some personal responsibilities over the next few weeks, including starting a new job contract and moving (:().... Full-time development will resume by mid-October and I hope to finish things up and begin the beta shortly after.Right now we're looking at a late November release, but this can change, so please don't hold me to it! It will be released when it is ready :) and I'm sure everyone will be very, very pleased with the results! Those who have applied for the beta team, thank you! Your applications have been received but I have not yet finished the selection process, and we are still a ways out from beta start. Those selected can expect a notice in the next 30 days. If you would like to apply, please see the other AS2 thread for info. There is still time. Thanks everyone!-DamianP.S. responses by me may be delayed a bit over the next couple weeks. I will get back to you though, and if you need immediate assistance, please use this forum - somebody should be able to help!

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...
[/table

Hi Damian,I have just returned from a couple of weeks vacation and was wondering if you have finalised your Beta Team list yet. I applied to be placed on this list and have not received a reply yet. Is this because I was not picked for the team or just that you have not released the list yet? Thanks,DaveVancouver (CYVR)

Thanks for the demonstration of cut and paste techniques it was greatly appreciated.regards,Dave

Why the sarcasm?I believe when beta starts a message will be posted. Did you search and find any such message?

Please, we are a team here. It was a valid question, a truthful answer, and a polite response. Hope this ends it.JimActiveSky Support

Thanks for the update. AS2 will be as equally exciting as wxRE was to beta test.David
