hi alltried to install the new patch,but it fails with the message that AS2004 is not installed....any ideas? thanks steveps only been using AS2004 for a few days

Does it find your folder where AS2004 is installed? Are you running on one machine or a networked set-up?Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support

hi jimim running on one machine..but it doesn't find the AS2004 folder.its on G: with my FS2004 folder.tried it about 4-5 times even tried running it from within AS2004 folder,but still no luck..any ideas appreciated thanks steve

Are you logged into windows as an administrator when installing AS2004 1.0 AND when installing the patch?sg

Hi Steve,It may not be finding some installation files for some reason. I suggest uninstall AS2004, reinstall AS2004, then apply the update. Let me know if that does it.. thanks!-Damian
