December 7, 200421 yr Starting a new thread and explaining your situation would really be helpful!Does the data show up correctly on the Tracking screen?Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
December 9, 200421 yr Commercial Member Hi all,Those still experiencing problems, please make sure you are loading a flight plan in both AS2004.5 AND ActiveRadar to ensure the data matches up properly. If you get precipitation described in the AR Weather Tracking screen and no precipitation shown on the radar it might be related to station resolution constraints. If you get this effect please e-mail me a screenshot to [email protected] showing the AR screens both tracking and radar display along with the AS2004.5 main display. Also please advise if you are using WideFS or not. It should help isolate where the problem is. Thank you!! Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
December 10, 200421 yr Commercial Member Hi all,This is the last remaining issue I'd like to "solve" before releasing a new public beta update. Everything else is ready to go.I am unable to duplicate as described in this thread, in any location..Those having this problem, please contact me @ [email protected] and I'll send some test versions after getting some more detailed info from you. Your help tracking this one down is much appreciated! Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
December 10, 200421 yr Hi Damian,It's refreshing to be able to share good news instead of problems. My radar appears to be fine now. I followed your advice to be sure my flight plan was loaded in both AS2004 AND the radar. Also, I installed the upgrade to AS 2004.5. One or the combination of these actions did the trick. You have a great product. Keep up the good work.
