After reviewing this in detail, the only way the checkbox would be disabled is if the same machine ASv6 is installed on (WideFS PC in this case) had a FS9.cfg file in the local Application DataMicrosoftFS9 folder.The solution in this case is to remove the MicrosoftFS9 folder on the WideFS PC. I did have FS9 installed on this PC when it first came out and although I thought I'd deleted everything when I moved it to my new one I clearly forgot about that folder.Sorry to have put you through this.
