January 10, 200620 yr Hi Ken,No, because under the former leadership no access to their servers was allowed. Not sure what the new leadership's stance on this is right now.Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6...development.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-proud.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-beta.jpg
January 11, 200620 yr Well, I fly IVAO all the time and use the stock (not VATSIM) weather generated by AS6. The weather is in 99 per cent cases exactly the same as reported by IVAO weather server (IVAO METAR).I had a problem once last year still using ASV, when the ASV servers were down or greatly delayed, but this has been mended by now.ThanksDom
January 11, 200620 yr If IVAO or VATSIM update their weather server as often as they should , real-world weather should work just fine aswell.----------------------------------------------------------------John MorganReal World: KGEG, UND Aerospace Spokane Satillite, Private ASEL 141.2 hrs, 314 landings, 46 inst. apprs.Virtual: MSFS 2004"There is a feeling about an airport that no other piece of ground can have.
