Hi Ryan,At this point it is hard for me to say. It is possible that this is normal, but I don't know. You said that ASG is working so it is not affecting that. Hi Ryan,This is not a problem. It is how ASG gets certain information from ASv6. Yes every 2 seconds the existence of that file is checked which under most (all?) circumstances is an un-noticeable performance hit. If the file exists (created by ASv6 or other add-ons) we then perform triggered actions such as performing a submit.I doubt that this is the cause for your CPU being 2 degrees higher than normal, and this has been there since SU1 I believe. It was a necessary approach to solving problems when sending certain data through windows messaging and also enables other add-ons to integrate with ASG at a non-programming level.Sorry about the false alarm and subsequent re-install process. I don't see anything wrong here..Best,
