Peter,Most of these companies here in the States provide local warranty work through national service providers. Some even provide on-site, in-home warranty service as part of the deal. Service is generally not a problem.Prices tend to be better from the mail order companies than from local dealers. I have also found that local dealers have a harder time getting and supporting "bleeding" edge hardware.Regards,Wilson
