June 21, 200421 yr I am often traveling with my laptop on which I have FS9 installed, but I can't do any flying because my Sidewinder FF joystick is simply too large to be taken on a trip. Thus, I was wondering whether there is something like a "portable joystick, i.e. something foldable or whatever, which does not take too much space and which I could take on a trip? I don't need more than axis control and a throttle, I don't care that much about buttons for all the other functions which I usually control over ny keyboard anyway.Cheers for any hints
June 21, 200421 yr Not sure how you define portable and foldable, but check out the ST90 from Saitek here:http://www.saitekusa.com/usa/prod/st90.htm Rick
June 22, 200421 yr I use a Logitech rumblepad for this purpose.http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products...,CONTENTID=5022The only negative thing about this setup is the throttle slider it is a bit to easy to move making precise control a more cumbersome. The left analog stick is used as rudder and I don't care for the rumble option so its turned off most of the time
