They rate them both as a "9" with the edge to NEC which they describe as "Kick #### Product". This is the MultiSync FE2111SB. I bought one at Fry's (in store) for $592.61 including CA tax. FE2111SB is the little brother to the FP2141. The same with lower refresh rates really. Now more bandwidth and higher refresh rates mainly mean it uses more high quality products so it will last longer so it may be wise go directly to the FP2141/D2070.
