Depends on how much $$ you want to spend and whether you want to spend it now or later. The 8800's are coming down and will go even lower when the G92's come out - hopefully before the end of the year. The trend will be to DX10.1 so anything you buy now will not be able to use the added features - not to say it would be bad but not state of the art.You could probably find a better card than you have for around $100 or so.It comes down to whether or not you like what you are getting with your current card. If it's tolerable and you don't mind waiting, I'd either wait for the G92's or blow $100 - 150 on a better card now that you probably will replace in a few months. Now, didn't that help you a whole bunch??? ;)VicQ6600 G0 CPU 2.4 o/c 3.6Evga 680i A1 with P30 BIOS 2G XP2-8500 DDR2 1066FSB Mushkin 996535 RAM 5-5-4-12-2T320G 7200 HD partitioned for XP/Vista/Programs 2 - 74G Raptors in RAID0 500G 7200 HD for backup SATA DVD burner Evga 8800GTS 640 PCIx Kandalf LCS case w/ built in liquid cooling 850W Thermaltake power supplyVisit the Virtual Pilot's Centerwww.flightadventures.comRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/

If FSX is the only DX10 title you have, then I wouldn't even concern myself with DX10.1. ACES stated that SP2 was purposely being called a preview of DX10 anyway since only a few of the improvements made it into the final cut. Many developers have not even taken advantage of what FSX presently has to offer. Save your money, load Acceleration or the stand-alone SP2 and see what you have. You can always upgrade when the G92 cards hit the street and prices on the 8xxx cards fall further.Nice system, by the way. Best of luck with it.Regards,Jim Karn

Yeah, that's the thing....DX10.1And FSX isn't the only game I play....I would probably purchase others except for the fact that my current CPU can't handle games like Supreme commander etc....I do want to upgrade to a card with at least 512mb of vram...I could either get a DX9 card, or just go with the 8800GTS...I think I'll wait and see what Acceleration brings performance wise (with DX9, and see if DX10 really improves performance in FSX), then upgrade....I definitely won't be getting the G92....too much money hehe
