yes, and if you run FSX SP1 or greater then the FSX.exe is already largeaddressaware and can utilize memory beyond the 32 bit upper limitations. I've been running XP 64bit & 4Gb RAM since the beginning of the year and I love it. I've had no support issues at all. In FSX with all my addons I've seen as much as 2.2Gb memory usage in task manager so I know I need the memory. -jk
