hi all,do you think its worthwhile upgrading my system to an E8600 CPU and a 9800GTX 1 Gig with my current mobo and current parts?will i see a good frame rate improvement in FSX?or shall i go and buy a completed new system for FSX?see my specs in my signature

The faster cpu would be the biggest contributor to the frame rate. I think you'd see a nice increase, the E6600 is now old school hehe, the speed of the 8600 would be nice, plus you could overclock it. Then again everyone is waiting for the next CPU, the Nehalem

well i am getting satisfactory performance with the current system, using FSX and the PMDG 747, so i may wait till the new CPU is out.
